For individual, the rate is $165 per session.
-
For couples the rate is $185 per session.

Insurance clients are responsible for their copay, as well as whatever deducible your individual plan has.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes, I offer a limited sliding scale up to a certain amount of slots for private-pay clients that are experiencing either temporary or long term personal hardship. I do this on a case to case basis. If you have any questions feel free to reach out.
Do you take my insurance?
I am currently in network with the insurance plans below.
-
Aetna
-
Evernorth
-
Healthnet
-
Optum
-
United Healthcare
-
Managed Health Network (MHN)
I also take out-of-network insurance plans (usually PPOs) and provide you a superbill for reimbursement from your insurance in line with your out-of-network benefits.

I do not take insurance for couples therapy.

What is a superbill?
For those using insurance but who are out-of-network with me, I provide a superbill—a detailed receipt for therapy services paid upfront. You can submit this superbill to your insurance provider to access your out-of-network benefits, and they will reimburse you according to your plan. Navigating the insurance world can be confusing, so please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m here to help you understand the process and make it as seamless as possible.

How long will I be in therapy/how long is the process?
This is a question I hear often. The length of therapy can vary depending on your unique needs and goals. Typically, I recommend at least a year of weekly, hour-long sessions, as my approach is depth-oriented—focused on exploring the roots of patterns and challenges rather than addressing symptoms at the surface level. That said, therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we’ll establish clear treatment goals and a frequency that feels right for you. You’re always free to end therapy at any time, and I encourage you to trust your instincts. I don’t believe my approach or personality is a perfect fit for everyone, and I’m committed to helping you find what works best for your journey.
